Gilardi Lawn Maintenance & Gardening was founded on July 1, 1996 as a sole proprietorship and became incorporated as GLMG in June of 1998. GLMG is a member of the Poolesville Chamber of Commerce.

Our Services
GLMG has been dedicated mainly to embellish landscapes in many hundreds of properties in Montgomery County. Carefully planning maintenance jobs, providing timely mowing services, pruning and trimming plants, mulching, leaf & gutters clean-up, sod lawns, slate & paver patios, and providing a unique 100% organic lawn weed-control and fertilization (town houses & up to 1/3 acre properties) to avoid the usage of lingering poison substances that may end in your living spaces...
Our light "outdoor" structures demolition removes: fences, swing sets, tool sheds, patios, decks, gazebos... and complies with OSHA established safety procedures. GLMG has a contractor's policy with NationWide insurance company since 1998.
Our People
Gustavo Gilardi, Bachelor's Degree in Forestry Sciences, AA in Business Administration , and Master of Science in Project Management-candidate & Susana Gilardi, an AA in General Studies and Bachelor's in Human Resources Management-candidate established GLMG with the purpose of providing landscaping maintenance services, and contribute with preserving our environment. GLMG is getting more involved with the community. To attract the interest of customers, GLMG has a tradition of complying with what is offered --leaving properties looking their best and customers satisfied. GLMG has a board of director since 1998.Mike Young, Poolesville resident since 1994, is the Regional Coordinator for GLMG. Mike grew up in Montgomery County; he went to the county public schools. Mike attended three years of college level credited courses at Virginia Tech, Montgomery College, and Catholic University. Mike has been in the lawn maintenance service since 1978; in 2004 he became a licensed Real Estate Agent mikeglmg@verizon.net
Caroline V. Taylor, Poolesville resident, GLMG Designer. Born in D.C., grew up in Bethesda. Graduated from University of Virginia, B.A. summa cum laude. Coursework included architecture and landscape architecture. Assistant to General Counsel, National Wildlife Federation, environmental litigation. Knowledge and expertise with National Wildlife's Backyard Habitat Program and integrated pest management/xeriscaping. Owner/designer of G.C. Crew - well regarded D.C. metro area landscape company. The most notable experience and knowledge of things growing came from many years of patient instruction from her father, George H.R. Taylor (1911-2007). We are happy to have Caroline as part of our GLMG team! For Caroline's professional landscaping designs there is a reasonable and worthy hourly rate.
